Open the link in my previous post. The DXF download will have that information. The standard will provide for minimum size of the symbol under certain conditions. This I do not have.

There is no easy way to do that. It would require a lot of programming, especially if you want fractions based on anything other than tenths (i.e. n/10, n/100, etc.).

You can create a fill feature for both the top and bottom. Then merge the 3 surfaces into a single quilt. You can then Solidify the quilt.

I might suggest you scan the section and place the image on a plane as an underlay. I also suggest making the image bitmap (.bmp) since by default, it is the easiest for Creo to recognize.
