i´ve got a problem!
When I try to access to software downloads, or even to support, i got the following message:

access denied– Berechtigungen nicht ausreichend

Ihr Web-Account verfügt nicht über die nachstehend aufgeführten erforderlichen Berechtigungen für den Zugriff auf diese Anwendung:

• Kundendienstzugriff

Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

  Your web account does not hold the following required privileges to access this application:

• Customer Service Access

so I tried several times to refesh my account information but it didn´t work!

To my account:

academic --> Student --> Formula Studend SAE

could someone help me to fix the issue?

The problem is that I had reinstalled my Computer and need the access to the software downloads. Also to the license (may I´ve got the data in an email... but not sure). Is the license key also in license management?
