General information about h-nodes in the neutral file (ascii format), orientation and order of the nodes.
Resolution
See http://www.ptc.com/cs/cs_24/howto/mst1283/mst1283.htm for detailed info.
Q: It is possible to find which nodes belongs to a certain element (tetra, brick or wedge) ?
A: Yes. In the output.spec file, look in the .neu section. Listed in this section are the h-nodes, and h-elements. The h-elements are the
subdivisions of the p-elements. (Triangle p-elements are subdivided into triangle h-elements, etc.) The number of h-nodes and h-elements
in a p-element for a given analysis depend on the user-set plotting grid number for that analysis.
Q:-What is the element shape and which nodes in which order belongs to a certain element?
A: You can determine the shape of an element from the number of edges (iej) of that element. In the h-elements section, h-nodes
of each h-element are listed in order. In the h-nodes section, the nodes of the p-element that the h-node belongs to are listed.
